Logging into the Simfuni Platform

Logging in to the Simfuni platform is designed to be as simple as possible.

Accessing your account

There are two different ways to sign in, depending how the accounts for your organization are configured:

  • SSO (single sign on)
  • Entering an email address and creating a password

When a new user account is created you'll receive an email with details about logging in. This may include a link and, for non-SSO accounts, a temporary password.

Logging in with single sign on (SSO)

If SSO is configured for your organization then you must use it to login. It isn't possible to create a different account using another email address.

  1. Go to the unique Simfuni URL for your organisation. If you don't have this, check with your account administrator.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign in. These login steps should match the login process for other SSO applications your organization uses. For example, Microsoft accounts may require selecting your user account from a list, entering login details, or a 2 factor authentication code

Note: If you log out while using SSO, you will also be signed out of any other applications associated with that SSO account.

Logging in with an email address

Creating a Simfuni account with an email address and unique password is only available for users who are part of an organization that doesn't have SSO configured.

  1. Go to the login page: https://partner.simfuni.com/
  2. Enter your company email address and password, then click sign in

To reset your password, simply click the forgot your password link on the login page.
