Managing Clients

It's easy to find previously saved information about your clients and their policies in the Simfuni platform.

 

Account prerequisites: 

  • User permission: Client read and Client update

Client Information

The client page gives an overview of all the information about a client. This includes:

  • The date the client record was created (this may be the migration date if their policy was uploaded into Simfuni via a data migration).
  • Personal and contact information. These can be edited using the pencil icon both on the right hand side of the page and within the Contact information tab itself - see this article about Client Contact Information for more on how these details are used by the system to send communications.
  • Policies belonging to the client.
  • Internal notes about the client - these are for your reference only, customers do not see these notes. Notes may also be added at a policy level, if they only relate to a particular policy.
  • Communications that have been sent to the client. See this article for more information about client level communications.
