Policy Communications

Simfuni displays communications that have been sent to clients at two levels - one at the policy level, and the other at the client level. To learn more about viewing communications at a client level, see this article.

To view communications that are specific to an individual policy, there is the Communications tab and the Documents tab.

  • The Communications tab shows a record of all emails and SMS's sent via Simfuni to the client, but it does not include any letters that were physically sent to the client.
  • The Documents tab shows all the PDF documents that have been generated by the system and then either sent as an attachment to an email or via post, depending on the client's preferred method of contact.

Account prerequisites:

In this example of an email, you can view the full email, as well as additional information like the subject line and attachments. Clicking to view an attachment will open them in a new tab. These documents can also be accessed in the Documents tab of the policy.

Documents can also be viewed in the Documents tab of the policy. This is an easy way to see all the documents that have been sent to the client, regardless of whether they were emailed or posted.
